Each part is labelled with the color to be used. Add all the files to your project at the same time and load as a single object with multiple parts. Then, choose the appropriate filament for each part in your slicer.

For multi color with filament change at layers

Add all the files to your project at the same time and load as a single object with multiple parts. 

Start with red, then blue, then white
When done with 0.2mm layer height at 100% scaling, filament changes at layers 16 and 21.
