Gym squat rack height adjustment knob

Gym squat rack replacement height adjustment knob. Probably fits other gym equipment like benches using the same adjustment method. I printed two on my Elegoo neptune 3 pro.

I used a soldering iron and applied heat to the nut and inserted it into the hole (see pictures). Heated insert would probably hold better which I will switch to if it breaks with the nut.
