Bambu Lab AMS Flushing Gauge Measurement

Here is my take on the AMS flushing solution. I tried a few but most of them are hard to read.

Print insturction:

-0.2mm layer height, and 0.4mm line width on everything.

-If printing all parts at once, print them “by object” only, do not print them “by layer” or the gauge will not be accurate!

-Brim make it easier to stick to the plate, and the gauge has to be print vertically.

-The bottom layer of the gauge needs to be paint to the “from” color. For example, if determine the flushing volume from white to black, you would set the whole gauge color to black, and then use the paint tool to paint the bottom white, so that the brim and the first layer (only) will be white and the rest parts are black.

Each mark on the gauge is 50 mm^3, you can use the cover (scale up the cover by a few % if it's too snug) to help you determine the right flushing volume on some hard to read colors. Or even take a photo with your phone instead, I find that pretty easy to read.

The max volume is 400 mm^3 on the ruler, I find it well enough for most color. If not, just scale up the gauge on the Z axis until it's clear.
