Hamper Handle Reinforcement and Comfort-izer

Had the handle on my hamper break, figured I might as well share my fix for it, since it doubles as a more comfortable handle as well.

Meant to be printed vertically. Probably doesn't fit all hampers, but if you just scale it down super small in the z-axis you can print just a few layers of it and see if it'll fit.
