Glück Mini Salt and Pepper Shakers, Glück Mini Salz und Pfeffer Streuer

This is a simple print that turns your empty jars of “Glück Mini” jam into decorative salt and pepper shakers.

I printed the tops from PLA at 0.15mm to make the slight overhang for the knobs inside a bit nicer. The Flexring is printed from Flex Filament at 0.2mm. Without this the PLA didn't get enough friction against the glass for the top to stay on firmly. If you can't print Flex, i imagine any layer of soft rubbery material can do the trick, but your mileage may vary. The ring is 1mm thick but there is some wiggle room. If cutting your own ring you can use a PLA print of the ring as a template.

Ein einfacher Druck der deine leeren “Glück Mini” Marmeladengläser in dekorative Salz- und Pfefferstreuer verwandelt.

Die Deckel habe ich aus PLA mit 0.15mm gedruckt damit die Überhänge an den Nasen innen etwas schöner werden. Der Flexring ist aus Flex Filament mit 0.2mm. Ohne den Ring hat das PLA nicht genug Reibung am Glas um den Deckel stabil zu halten. Wenn du nicht mit Flex drucken kannst, denke ich dass jede Schicht weiches, gummiartiges Material als Ersatz dienen kann, das habe ich aber nicht getestet. Der Ring ist 1mm stark, es besteht aber etwas Spielraum. Wenn der Ring geschnitten wird kannst du einen PLA Druck des Rings als Schablone nehmen.
