Description
There was no replacement for the suitcase from Samsonite. “too old” - but you could by a new one!
That's why I removed the old tire. I broke away the brittle tires and removed the old TPU Tire, what remained was the rim. For this "rim" I printed a two-piece replacement tire with TPU and then attached it with super glue!
To remove the wheel you have to remove only three screws on the inside - then you can remove the tire with the plastic part. In order to remove the tire you need pliers for the snap ring. To make it easier to reach the snap ring, I heated the plastic with a hot air gun and bent it slightly to the side to get more space for the pliers.

The replacement tire fits exactly on the rim and is form-fitting - Thight!
