Burgerpresse

Burgerpresse mit 200Gramm-Markierung. 

Das Oberteil und der Griff bekommt je ein Gewindeteil und wird mit einem Gewindestift verschraubt und geklebt. 

Ich habe das spezifische Gewicht von Hackfleisch gegoogelt und den Durchmesser und die Dicke für genau 200Gramm ermittelt. Der Durchmesser des Patty beträgt 115mm.

Aus hygienischen Gründen würde ich vor dem Pressen Frischhaltefolie in die Form legen. Dann das Fleisch füllen und eine Folie drüber legen. Dann pressen. Durch die Folie sind die Burger gut Verpackt und man kann sie im Kühlschrank gut lagern.

The upper part and the handle each have a threaded part and are screwed and glued with a grub screw.

I googled the specific weight of minced meat and determined the diameter and thickness for exactly 200 grams. The diameter of the patty is 115mm.

For hygiene reasons, I would put cling film in the mold before pressing. Then stuff the meat and cover with cling film. Then press. The foil ensures that the burgers are well wrapped and can be stored well in the fridge.

Update:

Ich habe eine Variante ohne Wölbung hochgeladen. Die Wölbung soll die Verformung des Burgers verhindern. Ohne Wölbung sieht die Oberfläche besser aus und lässt sich besser drucken. Ihr habt die Wahl.

I have uploaded a version without the curvature. The curvature is to prevent the burger from deforming. Without the curvature, the surface looks better and is easier to print. The choice is yours.
