Description
Two simple parts to print. Print the one with bosses orientated as shown in the photo. You will need a 8-32 x 2" SHCS, an 8-32 thin, self-locking nut, a pair of 5mm diameter balls preferably steel or stainless steel, a pair of .187" OD x .50" long compression springs with F&G ends and a pair of M8-1.25 set screws. Note the model of the part with the bosses does not include the M8-1.25 threads. The required .267" bore is provided for tapping with a bottoming, chip removal tap.
