UPDATE 2/14/24: There are now two remixes for this design that replaced the bearing spools with fully 3d printed alternatives with capped ends. I've switched all of my rollers over to these remixed version as they simply work better and don't require bearings. Official recommendation to use the remix design.

My take on a filament spool hanger. I have wire rack shelving that my 3d printer sits on and needed a way to organize my absurd collection of filament. I've been using this design for a few months and it has been working out great. Whichever filament I am using just gets moved over to the printer and and hangs next to it while printing.
The hanger features a removable bearing roller, snap fits together, and the support bar is keyed to keep the hanger arms parallel.
Two 608 bearings are needed for the roller, everything else is 3d printed.
