Napkin Holder, Yosemite Sides - Swappable

Print the base of your choosing and two side pieces.  Design and print your own side pieces with whatever inspires you if you like.  The overall design is for roughly 6.5 x 6.5 inch napkins (approximately 165 x 165 mm).

The Yosemite side pieces are designed to print with 0.2 mm layer height (0.1 mm would also work).

The Base With Clearance includes 0.1 mm clearance for the side pieces (6.1 mm opening for the 6.0 mm thick side pieces).  This is the base that I printed.  The side pieces fit nicely but are a little looser than I wanted.  This means they can slide accidentally along the length of the slots if bumped or could lift out of the slots when pulling out a napkin if you pack this holder tightly with napkins.

I have included a base with no clearance to tighten up that fit if you want to try that (6.0 mm opening for the 6.0 mm thick side pieces).  Let me know how it goes if you try this out!

I have also include a base with end caps on the slots for the side pieces.  This base with end caps includes the 0.1 mm clearance for the thickness of the side pieces and includes 0.2 mm clearance for the length of the side pieces.
