Druckplattenreiniger / printing plate cleaner

in our Makerspace, we were annoyed by constantly screwing and unscrewing the isopropyl alcohol bottle. 

For safety reasons, I didn't want to use a pump spray. While searching for an alternative, I came across pump dispensers for nail polish remover. 

One with a diameter of 56mm is used here (available at a reasonable price on Amazon). The dispenser releases a small amount of liquid when you press down on it with a cloth. Any excess is collected in a small tray at the top of the dispenser. 

The toilet paper holder is self-clamping and can be operated with one hand. 

I recommend printing the roller with a TPU coating, as it provides better grip. A 15% infill is sufficient. Support structures should be activated due to the two elongated holes.

Hallo, 

bei uns im Makerspace nervte das ständige auf und zuschrauben der Isopropanolfalsche.

Ein Pumpspray wollte ich aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht verwenden. Bei der Suche nach einer Alternative bin ich über Pumpspender für Nagellackentferner gestolpert.

Ein solcher wird hier im Durchmesser von 56mm verwendet (gibt es günstig bei Amazon).

Der Spender gibt eine kleine Menge an Flüssigkeit frei wenn man mit einem Tuch oben drauf drückt. Der Überschuss wird in einer kleinen Schale am Kopf des Spenders aufgefangen.

Der Halter für Toilettenpapier ist selbst klemmend und kann mit einer Hand bedient werden.

Ich empfehle die Walze in der Version mit TPU-Überzug zu drucken, da diese eine bessere Klemmung erzielt.

Ein Infill von 15% ist völlig ausreichend.

Stützstruktur ist wegen der beiden Langlöcher unbedingt zu aktivieren.
