Description
This remix fits a larger microswitch like OMRON D3V-11-1C4 or similar from other brands.
Compared to the original design, this uses a heat set brass inserts (M3) and a 14mm M3 screw to secure the switch in place, making it possible to print this unattended and also making it a bit easier to solder on a cable.
I have printed this in PLA with 60% infill and that seem to work pretty well, feels solid and flexes nicely.
This type of switch is relatively loud with a clear click.
The design files have a little bit more space for the connection pins at the end of the switch compared to the one I printed, as I had to cut the pins down a little to fit the switch.
If you want to change size, url/text, switch type, etc. please open the OpenSCAD file and change the settings in the “Input parameter” section in the top.
