Description
Eye patch based on a reference hard shell eye patch I got after an eye surgery.
There are 4 variants:
The sizes should be universal for adults, but feel free to scale them up or down to fit your needs.
Included, you will also find a .3mf containing all patches orientated vertically, with adjusted speeds are supports.
It takes around 35 minutes and consumes about 9g of filament.
I printed mine in PLA at 50mm/s and a 0.28 mm profile. It has the same stiffness as the original one on all axes, but it's prone to fracture along the layer lines if you flex it too much. Haven't tried to print in TPU yet, but it may result in a better fit, tho' it may be harder to print.
