Parametric Tag

I wanted to print keychain tags to differentiate all the keys in the house, however did not find any suitable design. This was inspired by the Agus Zurlo's Filament Tags, but it is parametric. 

Ideally, you should be able to change the parameters by opening the .f3d in Fusion360 and going to the Modify Menu → Change Parameters. The only parameter that needs to be changed is Lenght as all other parameters depend from it. 

Original size: 50mmx25mm

To adapt the text edit the Sketch and double-click on the KEYCHAIN text to replace with yours. Alternatively, you can download the blank .step file and use PrusaSlicer to add your text.

Printing settings:

• 0.15 Speed Preset;
• PLA or PETG;
• Change of colours on the layer after the first letters are printed.
• 15% Cubic infill;
