Wheel parametric (OPENSCAD)

Hi,

This is a printable replacement wheel for pretty much anything that needs one. It’s designed to be fast to print while still being stable and durable. I originally made it as a replacement wheel for my lawnmower—then a neighbor asked if it could work for his barbecue, so I turned it into a parametric model that can be adapted to different use cases.

Parametric customization (OpenSCAD)

You can adjust things like:

• Wheel diameter / width

• Hub / mounting dimensions

• Axle diameter / fit

To customize it:

1. Download and install OpenSCAD

2. Open the Window menu and disable: Hide Customizer

3. Paste the code into the editor

4. Adjust the variables in the Customizer

5. Press F6 to render

6. Export as 3MF

7. Slice and print in your preferred slicer

Faster preview rendering (optional)

To avoid changing it manually, I’ve set ResCircle automatically—low in preview ($preview) for speed, and higher for final render/export for smooth curves.
