Update: I have been using it for a while and am happy about it.

Print the pedestal as well.

My workflow, takes about 20 sec:

1. Fill content of capsule into the pedestal. 
2. Set longer empty capsula halve into the fitting bottom hole of the funnel.
3. Now transfer the content to the funnel and put the funnel on the pedestal
4. open and then close again both sliders
5. take out the now filled capsule and close it again
6. The rest in the pedestal is for immediate consumption

The retarding effect is officially still the same if you consumpt the granulate without the capsule .

Sliders may need a little sanding to fit.

For capsules Type 3: 1,57 cm × 0,57 cm, 
Für Hartkapseln Größe 3: 1,57 cm × 0,57 cm, z.B. Medikinet adult 5mg -> 2x 2,5mg
