Digital scale platform fix

This was designed for a load cell with 10mm square profile and 5mm through hole.  It has geometry specific to my scale which is meant to “plug” into its injection-molded platform.  I removed the boss and ribs from the underside of the platform with my flush cutters (the ones that come with many 3d printers). The 3d model has slots and draft angles to accommodate itself in the available space. 

It is fixed in place by a 3d-printed screw, which comes in halves.  They should be printed at a low layer height with their broad side down on the bed.  Align the two halves and insert (screw in) with the aid of pliers or tweezers.

Sirven los alicates cortantes que vienen con las impresoras para sacar el material de la plataforma que formaba el agujero para el tornillo metal. Se muestra en la foto dónde ahuecar.

Notes: 

Es recomendado imprimir el tornillo y la zona con hilos del cuerpo con capa de altura menor (0,12mm) con los ajustes de capas adaptivas en el slicer. Mejor imprimir los tornillos sólidos.
