Better Einsy Case

I designed my own Einsy case based loosely on the the “Embiggened” design by Martin_au, but made several changes/improvements:

• Reduced wall thickness results in improved print time
• Design optimized for a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.4mm layer height
• Fully parametric FreeCad design: various properties (wall thickness, hole sizes, etc.) can be adjusted
• No supports required
• Hingeless design: side access panel is held securely to the frame using hinge screws, but can be easily removed
• M3 x 4mm heat-set inserts for screws that need to be easily removed
• Self-tapping holes for infrequently used screws (such as the ones holding the Einsy board in place)
• No frame disassembly required

This design is the result of “a few” iterations (see final image).

I recommend using my T-slot nut to attach the “brace” to the lower part of the frame.
