“Why do you need a 3D-Printer?” Quote: My Wife, 2020
Now she is my best “customer”
We have this IKEA Platsa cupboard in the kitchen and my wife wanted some hooks for towels. So I made this with a 8mm wooden rod, which I had still at home from another project. Also I don't want to drill holes or destroy the cupboard otherwise, so I used the existing M8 thread on top of the cupboard.
You also need an M8 screw. Mine is 16mm long. Should be not too long because else you can break the wood underneath.
It's not a super strong design but for some kitchen towels and oven-gloves it's enough. If it breaks, I'll update the design.
Things you need:
My Print Settings (Print the way you want, doesn't really matter)
0.25mm DRAFT Setting for PrusaMINI in PrusaSlicer
Infill: 10 or 15%
Filament: Filamentum PLA Extrafill Traffic White
Orientation: Hooks on Side, Tube Holder standing. (Should be like that in the STL)
Use some Supports in the upper hole so it will stay round..
