Modular 1U Rack Mount for UniFi USW-16-Lite-POE

Rack mount for a UniFi USW-16-Lite-POE switch that integrates in the modular 1U rack mount system. Due to the width of the USW-16-Lite-POE, I had to merge the middle section of the modular 1U rack mount system into the switch mount and make it smaller. It is still usable to feed cables trough.

STEP and Fusion 360 f3d files are provided.

Notes:

Use tree supports if available and print with face side down then only minimal support is needed (see 3mf file).

Post-Printing

To enclose the switch and add stability to the whole mount, the backplate is mounted with four M4x8mm screws. Combining it with other modules from the 1U rack mount system requires two M4 nuts and two M4x20mm or longer socket head cap screw (DIN 912) are used.
