With many years of experience, this very secure* and effective model sprung from my mind. It fits nicely in the hand but also in your pocket. Like a hammer handle. But a little thicker. There is an edge to it that distributes the force on the hand. So you can apply a lot of force. The hole is 7.5 millimeters. A tube of 8 millimeter latex fits nicely through there, which you seal with a ball bearing (video). Mounting a tube like that is explained in the video.

The distance between the holes and the top of your hand is relatively small. This way, applying force is much easier and also prevents injuries. 

You can print this whole thing in TPU (picture) without any supports. Because I know that layer adhesion in TPU can't be beaten. And also I like to keep my eyes whole. In testing, the bending of the TPU was not too bad. In fact, it hardly bends at all.
