Land Rover 332215 B/C-Pillar Rubber Corner

General

This is a replacement for the rubber corner for the Land Rover Series and early Defender B- and C-Pillar (part number 33215). Commercial replacements are available but as you need 4 or 6 for each vehicle, printing can be cheaper.

The original rubber is very soft, so I recommend you to get the softest TPU available to you and printable on your printer.

Versions

“Neutral” - Both sides are equal like the original part. You can print the same parts for all corners.

“Corner Specific” - These models are skewed to the angle of the side walls, resulting in a nicer fit. But they are not universal anymore and you have to print all four for the four corners.

Print Settings

• Use TPU or other flexible filament (as soft as possible)
• Infill depending on TPU hardness, 90-100% is probably desireable to avoid too much “squishing”
