Extrudr M Spool Storage Drawers

Turn your empty Extrudr M sized spools into storage space with these drawers.

Spool sizing:

There's full height drawers, stackable half height and stackable third height.
Either a single big drawer but also divideable to up to 6 smaller compartments.
The “Label” version has a small edge - this is to align labels, if you want to.

I sorted all into folders, the plain ones don't have the edge for labels. 

Print the drill template to drill in the correct places. Just turn it upside down and align the peg with the hole (pictured). Either mark the locations of the holes or - as i did - simply drill through them. You need to drill the holes with a 5 mm or 1/5" drill. 

Drill the holes in both top and bottom. Glue the bottom pin to the bottom of the spool, this helps making it more stable, especially with the stacked third heights.

Everything prints without any support.

I have not yet tested the other sizes, i will upload them as i get done testing and adjusting.
Also currently still working on a way to stack them neatly.

The bottom pin gets glued in from the outside, avoid getting glue on the pin itself.
I just put a drop of ca glue left and right of the hole and put it in.
