Suisei Hoshimachi's Project Winter Golden Axe

This model is made for the traveling cosplayer. You can separate all parts for easier transport! There are two versions of the Axe Head available: a blank version and one with Suisei's oshi mark engraved!

The axe comes in four parts: The “Axe Head”, “Handle A", “ Handle B” and the “Dowel”.  The parts are oriented vertically, some tree supports recommended for the axe head. Add a brim to everything, to ensure stability. Specially in bedslinger printers.

You might need to scale down the dowel a bit if it doesn't fit. But, it has a limit since there is a key notch, to line up the dowel. Scale down to much and the dowel won't fit.

Tolerances are tight and should not need glue, but you can use it for reassurance. If the handle is loose, you can add thickness with the “fuzzy skin” texture feature in most slicers. Cut a sample piece from the handle to test fitment and adjust before doing a full print.

Test fitment of the parts, as you may want to sand some of the surfaces before applying adhesive, if you choose to use it. This can ensure a better bond. Always use PPE when handling harsh chemicals or strong adhesives.
