Bi-Material Xiaomi Roborock Side Brush

This is my take on making a side brush replacement for Xiaomi Roborock vacuums. I'm only using it on hard floors so I do not know how well it'll perform on rugs.

Print the case with PLA, ideally using the “with sacrificial layer” (no support) variant with .2mm layer height and this orientation:

Print the legs with TPU and .2mm layer height. The hub can have sparse infill but make sure the legs themselves have 100% infill:

Take the hard case and punch through the sacrificial layer with a screw driver where the screw typically goes and then simply push the legs into the case.

I modeled two holes in the case (and legs) for M2.2 grub screws however it seems that friction fitting is good enough so I never had to use them.
