Shelly Plus / Wago Din Rail Bracket

I was looking for suitable Shelly holders for the Din Rail. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything suitable, as all existing holders could either only hold one Shelly or didn't have the option of a quick connect system. So I took the two models from fns720 (Wago 221-41* DIN rail mounts) and FerelArg (Double Shelly Plus Din Rail Bracket) to merge them.

The result is a new holder that can accommodate 2 Shelly plus and at the same time offers space for Wago terminals. The Wago clamps are attached to the side and thus ensure a defined distance between the individual units. As the Shelly plus 1PM in particular generate heat under load, this variant ensures that the Shellys do not heat each other up but that the heat has room to escape. The model can accommodate 4 Wago 221-412 and 1 Wago 221-413. Both Shellys share the neutral conductor. This must be observed as the controlled loads must be fused via the same RCD. As I am not dependent on the SW output of the Shellys for my application, this cannot be tapped via an extra Wago terminal.

Printing instructions: I cut the model with the Prusa Slicer and inserted two snap connectors (diameter 5.5 mm, height 5.5 mm, rotation 90°, curvature 15%, distance 10%). Infill: 25%

Cabling: I cut suitable pieces of cable to size and bent them according to the existing paths. Before clipping them together, you have to fasten the cables that you can no longer screw into the shelly later (N cable lower shelly, O cable upper shelly).
