Sweepy Adaptor-2.5in No Supports!

Description
As always I will promote and REWARD the first people to post quality makes (must enable tips on your profile for reward). A quality make is a successful, complete, hopefully decent looking print at 100% scale. Pictures don't need to show it on your CNC or mounted but bonus points if it is.
For those of us converting from the Suckit Dust Boot to a Sweepy or just people who have a 2.5in dust collection hose that needs to go to a 1.4in ID hole (Fein, Festool and other common shop vacs accessory size) this little adapter will make the transition much easier.
Adapts from 36mm (1.4in) ID to a 63.5mm (2.5in) OD with as much offset as possible to clear the router.
Will work with the Sweepy for the Makita (65mm), or Dewalt (69mm) sweepy.
If you need a custom size let me know.
The design is has built in support on the outside of the Sweepy connection port to add a little extra strength to combat the offset load of the dust collection system hose. I also attempted a smooth transition from one port to the other which eliminates build up in sharp corners some other designs may have. This has the added benefit of making it possible to print with no supports, which helps keep the inner path smooth and saves on print time, filament, and cleanup.

Filament: Prusament PETG Black
Notes:
To reduce build up or snags I recommend a low layer height 1.5mm or better to keep it smooth.
No need for supportsThese adapters can see some real angular stresses in an active CNC machine so I'd recommend a solid slightly flexible material I used PETG, but Nylon, ABS, ASA or something like those filamentswill be most practical if you can print in it. If you are milling this I'd think, Hdpe, or Delrin
For me this file produced a good snug fit adapter, but keep in mind all printers vary in denominational accuracy.
