Bob Smith Industries 1oz and 2oz CA Glue Holder

As always I will promote and REWARD the first people to post quality makes (must enable tips on your profile for reward). A quality make is a successful, complete, hopefully decent looking print at 100% scale. doesn't need to show it with glue or mounted but bonus points if it is.

Designed around the 2oz bottles of the Bob Smith Industries brand Instacure and glues. Definitely the best CA brand you can get however I always set it in a different place and would forget it so I wanted to design a way to store them all in one place while solving little grievances with the product like where to set you cap or not being able to store it up side down easily when it gets to the last of the bottle.

• 1oz and 2oz glue holder versions now available, make sure you pick the right size.
• Convenient storage for clear Instacure cap when not in use
• Convenient storage for glue cap when not in use
• Inverted storage to help get the last bit out of the bottle
• Optional wall mounts (keyhole style) on back or it can bet set on flat surface

• Included test print to ensure good fit of bottles

• Included screw placement guide to help when drilling holes (arrow points up) If requested I can work on different mount styles to accommodate pegboard storage, command strips or what ever you like just post in the comments what you need. I can also make versions/revisions to accommodate different bottle sizes if needed.I personally like the 2oz size a lot but I know others preferences may differ so let me know..

• Update!: 2/16/20 I have increased the space on the insta-set hole to better accommodate the variances in bottle size and printer accuracy.

• Update!: 2/16/20 by request I have provided a version to accommodate the commonly available, (regularly sold as set) 1oz bottles with 2oz instaset, as well as a quick print Test Fit stl fo that size. Happy Printing!

Notes:

• if you want it quick, use big nozzles and/or big layer heights and it should not effect functionality.

• Things should fit nicely however- If you are unsure of the accuracy of your printer are just want to check before dedicating to the full print I have provided a Small test to ensure good fit for the bottles,- there is a 1oz and 2 oz glue version-. adjust percentage until the glue and instacure slide through easily apply the same percentage to the Glue holder file in you slicer.

• To help with mounting I have included a quick stencil to show you where to place the screws in the wall. The STL version is made to be one layer, and should only take about 6 minutes to print, Or you can print it out on paper using the provided SVG just make sure to not re-scale it or it may not work. This works the same for the 1oz and 2oz versions.
  Level it on wall and mark your holes before drilling. The arrow points up and would align with the top edge of the to holder not including the cap storage protrusions and is exactly as wide as the holder.in case you need to mount this right next to something. Hope this helps.
