Description

These handles are designed to mount onto the acrylic top of resin printers to allow easy removal. The side handles are angled for a better ergonomic feel and the rear handle is a lower profile handle. They can be used interchangeably in your space. I've chosen to use 2 of the angled handles on the lower sides of my Elegoo Saturn 3 and then one of the flat ones in the center rear. The wall hanger is designed to allow for the rear handle to hang from it so you can raise the cover and hang it above the printer out of the way when working.

You can attach these to the acrylic cover with double-sided VHB tape or you could use a 2 part epoxy. The holes in the wall hanger are 5mm in diameter with a 10mm diameter for the head.

These handles should fit most other resin printers and wash/cure stations with similar acrylic covers. I plan to print a second set for my Mercury X station as well.

I have sized these parts to fit on the build plates of most FDM machines and they will fit on the Saturn 3/Ultra build plates as well. I can make a set with bolt holes if there was a desire for that but I personally don't want to drill my acrylic cover and they aren't really holding any serious weight for any significant length of time. I printed my parts in ABS with 4 walls and 40% cubic infill on my Voron 2.4 and 0.2 printers but they should be fine in most materials and probably with less infill. No supports should be required though the overhangs and brisges on the angled handle may be a bit more extreme than necessary and will likely require excellent cooling if not using supports.

Edit: I've uploaded two variants of the wall hanger, one with a larger font access hole and one that is notched which I think aesthetically looks the best while giving access to the bottom screw. I also added a quick print for a drill guide after my hammer drill chewed up my first print when I tried to drill through it.
