High durability replacement snow shovel handle for 29mm wood. remix with 30% plastic savings and better reliability.

I took the model created by tjsoco, which was already looking more reliable than other people's designs, and upgraded it further to use 30% less plastic and be more reliable.

1: I made the hole tapered to have a tighter fit, this ended up being strongly needed since I forgot snow shovel wooden poles are tapered for the handles.

2: I brought the distance of the handle in towards the body by 2cm.

3: I widened the sides of the print to be thicker and stronger.

4: I took the 4cm wide handle (Which was far too large) and created a 3cm and 2.5cm version.

5: I clipped and shrunk the half-spheres that protruded out the sides.

I installed this with wood glue and a single torx 1.25" construction screw.
