Description
To connect the engine dehydrator to my Lycoming O-360 in a smooth way, I designed this simple adapter plug.
The thread is a standard 1 1/8-12 UNF and the hole is dia 8 mm to provide a snug fit for a 6 mm plastic tube.
It's tight enough as it is, but I added an O-ring for a more professional touch!
Edit:
Added an adapter to attach a 6 mm (8 mm outer dia) plastic tube to the end of a 5/8" breather tube + a clip to seal the breather tube "whistle hole".
