AA Battery case

This battery compartment is fully 3D printed and features a printed switching mechanism. Also available is one version for store bought toggle switches and a version with no switch at all. If you want to make a special switch/button fit, you'll find the .step for download too.


Printing:
Print all parts in the given orientation with a layer hight of 0.2mm

Assembly:
String the parts together like seen on the pictures. For illustration purposes, it is shown only with stripped and and twisted wire. You might do it much neater and solder the wires. The rough and dirty version does work fine though.

-NOTE-
Do not put glue betwee the BatteryCase and the BatteryCaseContacts. They need to flex in order to hold the batteries firmly. If you have to glue them for some reason, put a drop only on one end.

-NOTE- 
The switch does only work if inserted correctly. Make sure the brint bed side of the switch and the print bed side of the BatteryCase face the same direction
