Description
This is designed to motorize agitation on a Paterson film development tank. I based it on my Universal Film Developing Tank. It has teeth to mesh with the teeth on the funnel to mount a 28BYJ48 stepper motor above a 3D printed shaft. The shaft has an M3 set screw thread to affix to the motor shaft, but the set screw is likely not needed because the fit is quite snug. For now, I am running this with an Arduino to just continuously agitate, switching directions every 30 seconds, but am planning to expand the software with further functionality in the future. Please let me know if there are any changes or fitment issues that you run across, but this has worked quite well with my tanks so far. Use M4 screws to affix the motor to the bracket.
I printed this on my MK3S out of Prusament PETG (primarily because it's what was already in my printer) with 20% infill.
