Description
I use it to boil eggs in a pot with my induction stove with steam.
Just fill in some water, make it boil. I think adding 1 minute to boiling time is appropriate.
Doesn't melt the plastic because of the Leidenfrost phenomenon.
When ready fill the pot with cold water to remove the eggs.
Don't know if it works with gas or other stoves.
Saves energy.
The little holes are usefull for better steam circulation between the eggs when fully loaded.
The handle can be used to remove the application from the pot after boiling. TPU ist to soft. I have not tryed other filament because I think PLA won't stand the heat.
Black spots in photo are caused by removing stringing with a gas lighter.
