BD-1 Eye LED Inserts

These are simple inserts for BD-1's eyes on his faceplate. They mount 5mm LED's and have lenses that you can glue onto the ends. This should be a friction fit.

It is based on a droid model from a seemingly-obsolete seller, 3DPRINTSTUDIOEK on Etsy. I wish I could link to the exact BD-1 STLs I purchased, but it appears that they are no longer listed.

UPDATE 2024/11/18: Thanks to @KallvinHobbs_1416227, the BD-1 STLs I used have been found on Cults3d here!

Printing

These are easy to print, but I did end up gluing the lenses on separately to avoid weird bridging. I may revisit these designs to work in one single print, lenses included.

I used Prusament PLA on my MK4 with no issues.
