Description
There are already some models on Printables to store Trofast baskets under a Hauck highchair, but I don't like their design. Most of them either look bulky, waste much filament, don't allow to use it as a drawer or require unnecessary supports and are not nice to print.
So here is my take which prints without supports. This model consists of two parts: bracket and rail. When clipped into each other they attach the adapter firmly to the chair. The rail is curved on one end which works as an end stop. As there are two different Trofast options, there is one version for the metal mesh basket and one for the plastic tray. For each set you need to print two rails and four brackets.
To mount this model snap two brackets onto the bar and push the rail into the brackets till you hear the clicks. It got some resistance but should not require too much force:
To unmount there is a little gap on each side of the rail. Simply pull on the rail with a screw driver to open the clip.
Tolerances are quite tight to ensure a firm grip. I highly recommend PETG 0,2mm in structural preset, no supports. I also tried PLA, but it is too brittle and tears easily when unclipping the rail.
The rails for the plastic version have two little bumps inside which can be used to latch with the stiffeners inside the tray's edge:
