Orange / Spektrum Box for Jeti DS Transmitter

I wanted to fly these cool UMX planes and micro helicopters with my Jeti DS Transmitter.  So I built a box to fit the Organge Module from HK (OrangeRX DSMX/DSM2/Devo 2.4Ghz Switchable Transmitter Module V2.0 JR/Turnigy/Taranis/Walkera compatible).

Note: the box is custom made for the Orange Module 2.1. It slides in and is kept in place as in the original box. 

It is important that this works only with that module as older Orange module do not support UMX planes. 

You need a couple of M2 countersunk screws, a mini slide switch (Top: 19,6x5,5mm), a 3mm LED (I used a flashing LED) and two super magnets 5x4x1,5mm for the battery cover and a 2s 350mAh Lipo (or smaller, power consumption is minimal), a 3.5mm mono jack. 

The module connects directly to the PPM port (3,5mm connector) of the transmitter that provides a PPM signal.

This is already my third iteration where the slide switch is now countersunk to avoid inadvertent activation. I also added the LED to remind me that it's switched on.

Now I can fly my Blade Nano helicopter and UMX micro PT-17 Stearman with my Jeti transmitter.
