Spoolholder for 2 spool width dimensions [update]

New update!

Added Zwischenstück2 for other dimensions. With this part it works with Prusament 1kg and Fillamentum 750g spools, and probably most other 750g spools.

Required printed parts:

• 4x Lagerbolzen
• 4x Rolle
• 2x Schraube
• 2x Seitenteil
• 1x Zwischenstück or Zwischenstück2

“bubble” is just another design.

Additional required non printed parts:

• 4x ball bearing 608

Printsettings:

Shown samples are printed on Prusa Mk2 / Mk4.

All parts are PLA with standard material settings.

Printed with layer height 0,15mm, 4 perimeters, 8 top- & bottom solid layers and 25% infill.

Bolts printed upright, other parts layed flat, for rolls place smaller inner diameter on the printbed, so no supports are needed.

Usage:

PLA is okay for spools up to 1kg. Screws may break when fastened too tight.

When threads are not perfect after printing, use standard M8 screw (M8x1,5 thread) to clean them.

Using Zwischenstück The spoolholder should work for spools with an outer width of approximately 50 - 58 mm in narrow configuration and approximately 88 - 94 mm in wide configuration. 

Using Zwischenstück2 The spoolholder shoud work for spools with an outer width of approximately 50 - 58 mm in narrow configuration and approximately 70 - 79 mm in wide configuration. 

For other dimensions width of Zwischenstück could be modified to d = (spool width) + 15mm.
