Description
you will need buttons ,carbon plate (can be printed) and an arduino

i used an arduino nano but you can use whatever.
rotary incorders from E18 Elma Rotary module – SimRep Engineering (simrep-engineering.com) they have 16 pos and a nice heavy detend.
