To have the plates facing down on the build plate, i put some effort into redesign the hinges, so they are detachable. Also this saves so much filament compared to printing this with supports. Absolutly no supports needed, all overhangs are done in an angle.

Make sure the plate thickness is at least 1,2mm, so 5 to 6 layers depending on the flexibilty of your material.

Bottom plate: 5 bottom layers for sturdyness of plate.  3 top layer.

Top plate: 5 bottom and top layers for sturdyness and the lever contact point.

Hinges:  Set infill to 20% for sturdy hinges.

Connect the hinges with 4mm screws or better one long metal rod screw.

Always use the plate with a food safe plastic cover. I used a thick document protector, which makes awesome round tortillas that puff perfectly on your stove. Cut the opposite corners to have them easily open and cut a rectangle where the hinges are.
