Industrial gas bottle dust cap - 5/8” BSP / 22.8 mm

Hey team,

I recently had a need to transport a ‘Size D’ Argon gas bottle and wanted to put together a dust cap for safe transport.

In my case, measuring the male thread outside diameter was 22.8mm :. 5/8” BSP thread.

I put a slight taper on the thread to mimic the original and knocked off the sharp points with a 120° angle so that it was printer friendly without support.

I included an inbuilt 10mm hex internal socket just in case, for whatever reason, the dust cap snapped off, but I wouldn't expect anyone to tighten this bolt, it's really just to sit in the bottle to keep the dust out :-)
