TPU Doorstop Cap

Here's a replacement cap I designed for a very worn-out door stopper. I have provided two tread variations, with the pyramid being best suited for soft surfaces like carpet and the tread pattern being best suited for concrete, tile, and other hard surfaces. There are also various tapers to better fit whatever door stop you have. The bigger 0.5x8mm tapers will be easier to install and remove. 

This was designed with an inside diameter of 22.4mm and a depth of 20mml; scale to fit your particular stop!

Print Parameters:

• 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers, Ender V3 SE
• Overture Space Grey TPU (95a) - any TPU should work
• 40% Gyroid infill with a wall layer of 3
• Printed textured-side down
