- Versatile Orientation: Parametric design allows for rotational adjustment and rise. Includes files for both 0 and 90-degree orientations, providing flexibility in mounting options.
- Universal Fit: Customizable inner diameter and grip width thickness accommodate a variety of flashlight models. Files are optimized for Lumonite lights with a 20.4mm body diameter.
- Printing Suggestions: For enhanced durability, print the mount on the side of the snap-fit grip to ensure the walls conform to its circumference, optimizing strength. This requires supports for the GoPro part.
Alternatively, printing it standing may be possible without supports but increases the risk of the snap grip breaking between layers.
I printed mine in PLA, securing the light on my MTB handlebar effectively. PETG is also a good choice; if used, tighten the grip slightly to account for PETG’s added elasticity.
