Description
Variant 1
The honeycomb is printed separately from the desired complementary color. Subsequently, the main part of the part is printed, where it is necessary to set the interruption of printing in the slicer after creating a pocket - where the first part is inserted and printing continues. For possible better adhesion, glue can be used in the middle part.
Caution: apply carefully only to the inserted part to eliminate the risk of staining the bed.
Variant 2
Compared to variant A, it differs in that the main part is made of two parts, so there is no interruption of printing and insertion - everything is assembled after printing.
Recommendation: to print a honeycomb that prints as a fill, reduce the print speed - you will get a better result - at least it was like that on my printer. Since this is an aesthetic and not a functional part of the printer and there are no high temperatures, it is possible to print from PLA material.
