Chunchunmaru (Kazuma's Sword)

Printed at 0.16mm with silk gold Amazon Basics PLA. My first sword from reference to print!

Inside of blade can fit a 5-6mm dowel for support. Create your own custom hole when slicing. Multi-color used on the blade for the first bottom bit. Blade sanded back with 80 grit, then 220 grit and small holes filled with Bondo. Silver rub and buff applied, and then wrapped handle with velvet fabric. Use the “chunchunmaru-handle-slider” at the top of the handle to hold onto the material and tie around the lip on the bottom cap.

Order of build:

1. chunchunmaru-blade
2. chunchunmaru-hilt (Indented side UP to blade, orient when printing)
3. chunchunmaru-handle-slider
4. chunchunmaru-handle
5. chunchunmaru-cap
