Tube feedthrough adaptors for RepBox (BIQU PC4-M10)

I found that the nylon tubes would sometimes slip down when using the original tube feedthroughs when loading filament. I designed these adaptors to be used with push on BIQU PC4-M10 connectors. They hold the filament in place well and the stop part of the adaptors prevents you from being able to push the tube in too far. Due to the extra height of the stop connectors it also makes feeding the filament easier.
