Description
A Gridfinity shell for a Ersa Pico soldering iron holder that also works great with a pinecil.
The Ersa i-Tool Pico holder is a fairly cheap iron holder that is flexible and thus can be squeezed into the printed holder. Some really cheap “universal” holders have an iron holder hole that is big enough for a pinecil to go thru entirely. The Ersa is made for a small iron so doesn't have this problem. Also it happens to be roughly the size of 2x3 gridfinity slots. Hot TS100 tips can be put into the area that is meant for a sponge to cool them off. It fits them well.

I advise to use paint-on supports for the lip. You can't really chamfer it because then it wouldn't keep the holder in place as well.
PLA is fine. The tip is far enough to not effect the printed part.
