Case for Nordic nRF52-DK with Heat Set Inserts

A little case for the Nordic Semiconductor nRF52 DK Development Kit. This case specifically works with the nRF52832 development kit, others might fit as well.

The board should “snap” into place, it sits quite firmly in the case itself and is held down by additional screws. Make sure to use an insulating washer for the screw close to the reset button to avoid shorting it out. Leaving the screw out entirely should be fine as well or you could use one of those fancy Nylon screws as well. 

Recommended Material & Print Settings

• Nearly every Material should work, Test prints were done in PLA.
• No supports needed.
• Two (or more) perimeters recommended for the screw pegs to be solid enough

Additional Hardware

• 5x M3x8 DIN 912 Cylinder Screws
• 5x M3 Heat Set Inserts (CNC Kitchen ones tested, others may work as well)
