Description
This is a simple storage case for the Harbor Freight Micro Drill Bit set. It's a two piece case consisting of a tray and a slip cover. The slip cover is shorter than the tray to make it easier to remove the tray. You can slide the cover up or down, this will help to prevent losing the really small bits when you are selecting the larger sizes. I use plastic tweezers to remove the smaller bits (to avoid magnetism of metal tweezers).
This will prints without supports. For the slip cover, print vertically; you may want to add a wide brim when you slice this.
You may need to scale the slip cover depending on your printer. Mine was a tight fit, but once I trimmed the elephant feet on the tray it was much looser. So I recommend trying it out and then sanding the tray edges and corners for a good friction fit. If you go too far and the fit is lose, you can try a few drops of CA glue at the corners to save a print.
