Rolling tray/ Bowl with magnetic cover

Dimensions and printing instructions:

160mm X 100mm X 15mm

Printed with 0.1mm layer height for great shapes. 

Haven't tried it myself, but I think 0.2 should work well too, for a more functional design.

Additionally required: 

• 12 Magnets
  • Diameter:    6    mm
  • Height:        1.6  mm

To my amusement Amazon said 2mm height. According to my measurements, the magnets are only 1.6 mm high. So I adapted the model.

The cutout in the model is 6.2mm X 1.8mm.

Installing the magnets:

1. Form a stick/snake out of the magnets 
2. Mark an end. 
3. Insert the magnets in both models in the same orientation. 

     Always the end without marking!

Important NOTE !!!:

Be sure to include one filament change per object.

For the cover at: 2.5mm

For the bowl at: 14.5mm

Make sure that the magnets sink completely into the holes. 

Otherwise, the surface of the object will be destroyed or even your printer.
